My young niece loves to help me cook. When making this salsa for the first time, she insisted that she help chop onions. After about 10 minutes, she said….Aunt Nete, my eyes are wet! This is our favorite salsa.
Drop tomatoes into boiling water for a few seconds then plunge into ice water. This will allow you to slip skin right off.
Cut up peeled tomatoes, onions , bell peppers, and hot peppers. Add vinegar and salt. Keep adding salt till you reach the desired taste.
Pour in pint jars and process in water bath for about 10 minutes.
