Super simple and delicious cabbage recipe—only three ingredients needed! This will definitely change your mind about cabbage. It requires a few hours in a low oven, but I come home and prepare it right after work, go do some yoga, and by the time I’m finished dinner is ready! Gluten-free, vegan, corn/soy/nut-free!
Preheat oven to 325 F. Place cabbage wedges in a shallow roasting pan that you’ve coated with olive oil. Arrange in a single layer and pour balsamic vinegar and broth over the top. Cover with foil and cook at 325 F for two hours, turning cabbage at the halfway mark.
