Totally simple and utterly delicious!
Cut up the chipped beef into small pieces (I use scissors for this) and save out about 1/2 of one package. Combine all the other ingredients, mix them well, and shape into a ball. Roll and pat the reserved chipped beef all over the ball. Serve with buttery flavored crackers. We like Club crackers or Ritz crackers the best.
I got this from a friend at work (we work in an office of 30 people). She brings this in for birthdays, and QUADRUPLES the recipe and it is still gone within an hour! Everyone LOVES it!
