These little puffs are full of flavor. The chicken and cheese mixture inside the puff goes great with the buttery crescent rolls.
Put diced onions and bell peppers in a pot with a little bit of olive oil or butter. Let them cook until they start to get tender. Add in the ground chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add the water to the pot and stir in taco seasoning. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Remove chicken mixture from heat.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Unroll crescent rolls. For each triangle, put a little bit of shredded cheese on it and then a spoonful of the chicken mixture. Wrap up the crescent roll into a little pouch, completely covering the mixture.
Put all the crescent pouches onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until they are lightly golden. This is a great snack for kids and adults.
