Good use of frozen vegetables!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a 2-quart casserole, stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup of onions, and half of the cheese. Cover with aluminum foil or a lid.
3. Back for 40 minutes or till vegetables are tender. Stir.
4. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
