Mozzarella cheese bread with a twist: pesto. A wonderful pair for spaghetti and meatballs.
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Slice loaf of bread lengthwise and spread pesto on liberally. Thinly slice mozzarella into medallions and lay over top of the pesto. Place bread on a cookie sheet and bake at 425° F for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese just begins to brown. Let rest for 2 minutes. Slice and serve.
