If you are a blue cheese lover, this dip is for you!
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute pecans in butter until toasted. Set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, place cream cheese, blue cheese, half-and-half, garlic and hot sauce and beat with a mixer until smooth. Stir in cooled pecans and green onions.
Spread dip in dish.
Mix breadcrumbs with parsley and remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle on top of dip in the dish. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with crackers or pita chips. Also good with pear or apple slices.
