This is a much-asked-for appetizer. It’s also great for sandwiches the next day, if you have any left over.
Hint: to finely chop ham, use either a food processor or food chopper.
Mix all ingredients (except bread) in a bowl till well blended. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Hollow out a round loaf of bread and fill the center with the dip. Serve with cubed bread or crackers.
