Always a crowd pleaser!
Grate cheese into a large bowl. Sprinkle cornstarch and pepper over top, and toss everything together so cornstarch evenly coats cheese. Set aside.
Rub a medium sized pot with the garlic clove, then set the clove aside. Heat wine in the medium pot over medium-high heat, until tiny bubbles begin to rise to the surface. Slowly add cheese into the wine, one handful at a time, allowing each handful to melt before adding another.
Rub the inside of your fondue pot with garlic and transfer the cheese mixture into the pot. Serve!
