Delicious asparagus roasted with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese. It’s so delicious you’ll want it for your main course.
Turn your oven on to broil. Bring a pot of water to boil and put in the asparagus. Cook for just a few minutes, until barely tender. Then drain off the water.
Melt the butter in the microwave for a few seconds. Once melted, mix the garlic powder into it.
Lay the asparagus out on a cookie sheet. Cover with the Parmesan cheese and then pour the garlic butter over the top.
Put the tray on the top shelf of your oven. Broil a few minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy in spots. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
