A velvety, creamy side dish full of amazing flavor that will become a family favorite!
Cook frozen vegetables as directed on package; drain and set aside. Melt butter in a Dutch oven; saute onion until translucent (about 5-10 minutes). Sprinkle the flour in, stirring vigorously until incorporated. Next slowly add half-and-half, stirring constantly over low heat until thick. Add drained vegetables and seasonings; stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook 5 minutes more and serve!
