These wings are delicious! I did not make the dipping sauce, and they were so good on their own.

Made these last night. OMG!!!! The BEST wings I’ve ever had. I did tweak the recipe. We are not spicy food eaters in my house. I made 3 pounds of wings and multiplied all the ingredients by 1½, but I only put in ¼ teaspoon cayenne. My kids wouldn’t eat them because they were “too spicy”. My kids are big babies (they’re 17 and 31, not little kids!). That was ok though, because it means I had wings for breakfast, and will have them for lunch for the next few days! They were really really good. Next time I make them, I am going to make the same amount, but make 2 pounds without cayenne for the big babies, and then make 1 pound with just a pinch of cayenne for me!

These were easy and flavor-packed (my two favorite requirements for a recipe) I took these to a picnic last weekend and they were gone in a minute! I used all of the duck sauce to baste the wings while baking; so instead of serving the duck sauce/mustard dipping sauce, I served them with a side of Asian Peanut sauce. Great recipe that I’ll definitely be making again & again!

so delicious. i agree that the sauce wasn’t necessary but i love mustard and thought it was great when i decided or remembered to dip.
