A simple, delicious “grab and go” type snack. Gluten and sugar free!
1. Toast the almonds in a dry saute pan over medium heat.
2. Cook until almonds are golden brown and you can start smelling the deliciousness.
3. Take off the heat.
4. Carefully add a tablespoon of Tamari soy sauce to the pan and then place pan back on burner and cook on low stirring constantly as the sauce is absorbed and there is no juice left.
That’s it! Lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them cool. Enjoy warm or keep them in a sealed container to take and go with you!
