Great as a party appetizer.
Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature. Mix in ranch powder a little at a time, being sure to blend it well.
Place mixture on plastic wrap and and form into a ball. Refrigerate until hardened, about 2 hours. Roughly chop nuts and mix with garlic pepper. Roll cheese ball to coat with nut/garlic pepper mixture. Serve with crackers.
Note: it’s best to roll the ball in nuts just before serving to ensure that the nuts stay crisp.
