I know there are several versions of this recipe, but this one is healthy and super light!
1. Let your Cool Whip thaw for 30 minutes to an hour (or until you can stir it around with relative ease).
2. Combine pumpkin and spices. Mix very well.
3. Spoon into a serving bowl and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, marshmallows or whatever your heart desires!
