Here’s a great way to use the woody ends of asparagus that you might normally throw away. Asparagus dip makes a lovely fall appetizer.
Place asparagus into a food processor on low until chopped fine. Place chopped asparagus and remaining ingredients into medium bowl and mix together well. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Enjoy with fancy crackers or bread! Perfect for a BBQ or party!
