This stuff is addictive!!
It will gain you LOADS of peeps if you bring it to share at your next get-together!
Slice your baguette into thin rounds. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil lightly onto each side of rounds.
Place in a 400 degree oven and bake until starting to brown slightly, then flip over and continue baking until other side browns slightly.
Remove from oven and set aside.
Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Cut the Boursin cheese into 4 wedges.
Place in a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over the top of the cheese until almost covered.
Cover and bake for half an hour.
Serve side by side, making sure to include a spoon so that your guests can place a pile of the dip onto their toasted bread round.
Sit back, with your eyes closed, and listen for the oohs and aahs!!!
