I came up with this recipe after seeing something similar at a restaurant nearby. Now everyone requests this recipe at any cookout or picnic. The colors of it are beautiful, and even though it’s a light, vegetarian dip, guys really go crazy over it, too! Prep time is just chopping and assembling. All the ingredients can be adjusted to your liking.
1. Mix the Greek yogurt and salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Layer all remaining ingredients as listed above, layering the seasoned yogurt after the hummus.
3. Serve with pita chips or carrots.
