A ridiculously easy white bean dip that is delicious with crackers.
Combine first three ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the beans are mashed. With motor running, drizzle in olive oil until dip is creamy. This dip can be made by just mashing the beans, as well.
If you desire a dip that is less thick, you can add up to 1/2 cup water to the dip to thin it.
After tasting dip, add salt to taste. I usually add 1 teaspoon, give a few pulses of the processor, and add an additional 1 teaspoon if needed.
