Three simple ingredients come together to create a surprisingly flavorful little bite. One of my favorites!
Drain olives and place them on a piece of aluminum foil. Shake on a sprinkling of crushed red pepper. Lay rosemary sprigs on top. Seal the aluminum foil to create a pouch and bake at 350ºF for about 15-20 minutes. Or toss the pouch on the grill until olives are heated through. You can also add capers, portabella mushroom slices, or roasted red pepper slices to the packet.
