Enjoyed these! I didn’t use curry because I am not a big fan. My husband and I love radishes. He said these chips were a perfect light snack!

I was gifted with some radishes and I am not really a radish person. This recipe was easy. I didn’t have any turmeric and I should have sliced them thinner, but I enjoyed these very much. I am surprised and pleased and glad that I tried this recipe. Otherwise, I’m afraid the radishes would have gone bad in the fridge.

Was browsing TK this weekend looking for an appetizer to take to a potluck at work today. Thought this recipe looked interesting. I tripled the recipe and these never made it to the official potluck, those setting up the potluck ate them all before everyone arrived! These are really tasty, the perfect combination of crunch, sweet, salt, and spice (would have loved to snack on them with a frosty beer, but being at work, a root beer had to do)! My mind is racing, the spice combinations that could be used are endless. Anyone with a love of radishes really need to make these soon!

Mine also did not get crisp, so I cranked the heat back up to about 300 and just kept an eye on them. They were delicious, but next time I’m going to slice thinner and do at a higher temp.

I don’t know what happened…I was so excited to make these..the coating tastes awesome! I was eating the raw radishes and loving them. Mine never became crispy (cooked over an hour, hoping they would eventually crisp up, UGH)…they still taste great but didn’t turn out to be chips. If someone has suggestions as to why mine might have failed please let me know, because I will try these again..or like I said just coat them and eat them raw.

I REALLY wish I’d had this recipe about 10 years ago, when, during a college summer break, I sowed some very – very – productive radish seeds and then was completely befuddled as to what to do with the results. Thanks for a great idea!
