Description

Easy dip that goes great with veggies, pretzels or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Chill well.

I put this on salmon or trout when I am cooking fish. It makes a great cold dip for carrots, cucumbers, pretzels, potato chips. You can whisk in milk and make it thinner and use it as a dressing for salads as well.
