Easy, tasty, seasoned potatoes that can be made in the oven or on the grill.
Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spread potatoes on it. Sprinkle all seasonsings over potatoes and drop butter randomly on top. Cover litghtly with tin foil. Bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes. Stir potatoes every 15 minutes. Add more seasoning and butter when stirring, if needed. After 40 minutes, or when tender, sprinkle with cheese and cook for 5 more minutes.
To make on the grill, make a “packet” with the tinfoil and layer the potatoes, butter, and seasonings. Works best to make 3 layers of potatoes so that everything is seasoned well. Cook for about 30 minutes, then check for tenderness. This should take 25–45 minutes, depending on the heat of your grill. We usually cook this alongside whatever else we are grilling, so the time varies.
Note: This is just the basic recipe. Other seasonings can be added to your liking. We have also added mushrooms, onions, or peppers when we grill them.

Are you sure it should be 2 tablespoons of Lawrys PLUS another teaspoon of garlic salt? Sounds like an awful lot of salt for 4 potatotes.
