A simple, delicious, healthy snack.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Combine olive oil, parsley, basil, and pepper. Split pitas in half. Brush oil mixture onto the inside of the pitas. Slice into wedges. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 4–6 minutes, or until crispy. Watch closely—they burn quickly! Serve with hummus.
