Swiss chard pan fried with onions and bacon – yum!
Trim ends from Swiss chard stems, chop leaves into approximately one inch pieces (does not have to be perfect).
Melt butter in pan and saute onion until translucent.
Press garlic cloves into pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Crumble bacon pieces into the onion and garlic mixture and top off with the chard.
Drizzle vinegar over top and toss in the pan until the chard is cooked. Easy summer side dish!
