This is great for any party and can be made in about 15 minutes.
In a food processor, add all of the ingredients, including the reserved tomato juice from the can of diced tomatoes, but don’t add in the drained diced tomatoes yet. Pulse for 10 seconds to allow the ingredients to mix. Then add diced tomatoes and pulse for 5 more seconds.
Making this ahead of time allows the chipotle flakes to create more heat.

yum…….love me some hot sauce…my friend makes a cucumber salsa that is to die for……we, here in Texas just had a end of the summer hot sauce throw down at our local hang out…runaway hog! It was fun, and we also had stuffed pepper throw down…I was a judge, and let me tell you I love stuffed peppers, but by the end of the judging, I felt like one big cream cheese puff! hahahaha!
