A fancy alternative to chips and dip.
Heat balsamic vinegar in a small pan until boiling. Allow to boil for 3 minutes or until reduced by half.
Pour chips into a serving bowl or platter. Drizzle oil and vinegar over chips, then stir. Sprinkle blue cheese over chips.
Serve immediately.
