Delicious creamy hummus. It’ll make your pita happy!
Add garlic, beans, lemon juice, tahini, reserved bean juice, salt, and cumin in blender. Process until creamy and well mixed.
Place in a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with warm pita, chopped up veggies, or use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
Garbanzo beans are the traditional bean of choice for hummus but we really like Great Northern beans in ours. Use whatever you like best.
