I had this for the first time at women’s group at church and fell in LOVE! This is my lighter, less guilty version. But still just as tasty—you can’t tell the difference.
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a pie plate and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until bubbly.
After baking, top the dip with Ritz crackers and crumbled bacon. Spread pepper jelly over the cracker and bacon topping.
Serve with warm with crackers.
