I’ve received rave reviews whenever I trot this tasty dip out. I strongly suggest you double the recipe so you might have a bit to take home and enjoy privately.
Combine the cheeses, onion, pecans and garlic powder in a bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to make it stick together.
Place a layer of plastic wrap in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Press the dip mixture into the pie plate; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
To serve, flip the dip out onto a serving platter and spread raspberry preserves on top. Serve with your favorite crackers.
