Super easy and addictive roasted chickpeas.
Preheat oven to 350. Drain chickpeas and put in large bowl. Add olive oil and sea salt and stir.
Now you can add anything you want. Hot sauce, dry herbs, favorite dressing, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, anything!
My personal favorite is simply olive oil, sea salt and crushed garlic. Pour chickpeas on a sheet pan and make sure to get all the oil. Spread them out evenly and bake for 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes to evenly cook. Cook less for soft beans or more for crunchy beans. Yum!! Put on salads, in casserole, or just eat them by the handful!
