I got this recipe from my friend, Karen, several years ago. It is quick and easy and is always a big hit at parties.
Mix all ingredients except pecans.
Form into 2 balls, roll each in 1/2 cup pecans to coat.
Serve with crackers.

LOVE this cheese ball – my mom makes one very similar. She cuts a fresh pineapple in half length-wise, scoops the fruit out and serves the dip in the pineapple which is really cute. If you do this though it’s still best to use the canned pineapple as it’s less runny. Yum!
