Description

Everything that is yummy and tummy pleasing rolled into one VERY EASY warm dip.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Powdered Dressing Mix
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream (optional)
  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken (or Other Leftover Cooked Chicken)
  • 12 ounces, fluid Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet And Spicy BBQ Sauce
  • 12 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Tostito's Scoops, To Serve

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

With your electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and sour cream (optional) until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture in an oven safe dish.

Pull apart the rotisserie chicken and shred chicken over the top of the cream cheese mixture.

Squirt desired amount of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce on top of shredded chicken. Note: I use almost the entire bottle.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of BBQ sauce.

Put the dish in the oven for about 20 – 25 minutes. Then broil for 5 minutes after done cooking.

Serve with Tostito’s Scoops!

This sounds great! But we need your help. Would you go into the ingredients list and for all of the packaged items (boxes, containers, bags, jars and/or cans) please add in the specific size (in ounces) of the package? We’ve got a lot of members overseas, in places where packaging varies, so these specifics really help.

When done, click ‘make recipe visible’ and ‘save’ and we’ll get this posted.
Thanks,
TKNanci
