Taste as good as old fashion iron skillet fried potatoes—without the mess.
Wash potatoes really well. I use Scotch Brite pad and scrub a lot of the skin off. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in an enamel-coated iron pan at 350ºF. I get requests for these potatoes all the time.
