Simple but impressive, these bite sized servings are very easy to eat!
In large pan over medium heat, melt butter or heat olive oil. Add chopped onions, and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 25 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Meanwhile, in food processor, blend cream cheese and feta crumbles until well combined.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place 24 Fillo Dough Cups on a baking sheet. Fill with feta mixture, about 1 teaspoon per cup, then top with caramelized onions.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Serve hot.
