It’s like eating Buffalo chicken wings without the bones or skin!
1. Boil chicken until cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
2. Shred chicken.
3. Mix shredded chicken and wing sauce in the same pot used to boil the chicken and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Mix in half of mozzarella cheese at the last minute.
5. Spread cream cheese onto the bottom of either 2 8×8 pans or one 11 x 7 pan.
6. Spread chicken mixture on top of the cream cheese.
7. Spread blue cheese on top of chicken.
8. Top with remaining mozzarella.
9. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
10, Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
Note: the dip tastes the same when you use fat-free and lite ingredients.

This is a favorite at my house, too. To save time, I will use two large cans of chicken which works equally well. Also, if blue cheese doesn’t rock your boat, you can substitute ranch entirely, or go 50/50 to cut the blue cheese taste. Monterey Jack is my cheese of choice!

This is a favorite around here. I use sharp cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella…It can be a bit oily from the cheese and the Franks Hot Wing Sauce (it contains butter). To eliminate some of the oil, lightly touch a paper towel to the top and absorb what you can. My gang like to use Scoops (Doritos) with this dip. It’s become a standard at our football parties.

I love Hot wings but hate eating wings, so this will be great, bring on the football season! Go Rams!
