Topping for crusty bread.
Chop tomatoes and basil. Mix all ingredients.
Lemon juice is optional (I use this if I will be eating some leftover). This tastes better if made 1 hour or so before eating.
These measurements are approximate. All ingredients are to taste. If you like a lot of basil or garlic, add more.
Serve cold. Spoon over crusty garlic bread with dinner.

I’ve made this a couple of times lately~what a delicious way to use up those last tomatoes from our garden! Yum!
