Pumpkin Pecan Waffles

by mrsjaybob and filed in Breakfast, Waffles

I love pumpkin! Pumpkin pie, pumpkin bars, pumpkin cheesecake. Pretty much pumpkin anything is fine by me.

Because we always grow a lot of pumpkins.

Because I can eat quite a bit of pumpkin.

Because I can sneak some vegetables into breakfast food, I came up with this waffle recipe that’s become a real hit with the Things and Mr. Wonderful.

Pizza Casserole

by mrsjaybob and filed in Casseroles, Main Courses

We love all things that involve red or Marinara sauce. In fact, we make our own spaghetti and pizza sauce from the tomatoes in our garden. We’ve had a lot of snow days this school year and one thing we enjoy doing when we’re all home together is cooking. Thing 3 and I made Pizza Casserole and served it with fresh baked Garlic and Cheddar Biscuits.
