But I just couldn&#039;t not take that next bite. I love the crunch of the sautéed zucchini, and all the flavors melded together very nicely and tasted very &quot;Italian&quot;. Although I followed the recipe closely, I had some garden-ripe cherry tomatoes so I cut three of them in half and topped the sandwich with them before baking and enjoyed the burst of flavor they added. All I can add is... YUMMY!!!]]></description>
