Quick and easy to make!! The bean mixture is a bit on the dry side, so I think next time I make this I will add some canned diced tomato, or omit the w. sauce and use salsa or tomato sauce. Thanks for sharing!!

I found this by searching on the few ingredients I DID have (I was going grocery shopping the next day and was really low on staples!). I made it with a frozen veggie blend instead of peas and corn. It was spectacular! Tasty, easy, filling. My husband was skeptical about a vegetarian version of shepherd's pie, but after he ate it he was really pleased!

I haven't tried this recipe, but I just wanted to make a note for people who are following strict vegetarian diets. Worcestershire sauce is not always vegetarian -- it almost always has anchovies in it.

There are a few brands of vegetarian/vegan Worcestershire sauce, including Annie's and Wizard I believe.
