We made it last night in the quesadilla form, but I can see it being much better had we: 1. allowed the flavors to meld more and 2. used it has a salsa instead of the stuffing in the quesadilla. Not quite sure why it didn’t work for us that way, but looking forward to using it as a salsa for a snack tonight.
