		<description><![CDATA[cara&#039;s right!  you can&#039;t tell this is tofu at all!  so good, it almost didn&#039;t make it into the tortillas or the oven! 

i baked the tofu at 375 for about 30 min., and it never browned, but it didn&#039;t matter.  i baked the enchiladas--it made 8 with small flour tortillas--at the same temp for 20 min.

next time i&#039;d use red sauce instead of green--just my preference.  great way to use tofu, especially for the tofu-phobic!]]></description>
