It is definitely the best tasting spinach quiche I have made. It has a variety of flavors but nothing overwhelms anything else. Love it! Will certainly add it to my go to recipes. I used to not like spinach quiche too much because it was always kind of bland, but this one has changed my mind.

I note that I cooked mine for almost 90 minutes until it set. And I overdid the onions a bit, but still delicious.
