		<description><![CDATA[I didn&#039;t spring for the saffron, but the flavor from the broth, onion, garlic, and cilantro was enough for me.  The amount of broth was too much to be fully absorbed by the bulgur, so I may scale back next time.  I also just sprinkled a little Parmesan on top instead of goat cheese.  Thumbs up from both me and my boyfriend!]]></description>
