		<description><![CDATA[Wonderful!  This is my go-to recipe for butternut squash.  The only difference in the way I prepare it is that I don&#039;t pre-microwave, I just peel, scoop out the seeds, and cut up.  The squash and onions carmelize a bit while roasting and the flavor is excellent!
