If you want to make a more traditional version, you should check out Indian Simmer’s Palak Paneer (on TK). It is very similar to the one my friend’s mum taught me to make. My version is a little more like Saag Aloo (spinach and taters). She also has a lovely tutorial on making homemade paneer, if you need a nudge. I really love her blog!
