		<description><![CDATA[These were very yummy! I had to use parsley in place of the cilantro, and I admit I missed the cilantro flavor, but the burgers were still very flavorful, and I was impressed at how nicely they held together while cooking! I think I would have liked a little more spice, maybe a little chopped jalapeno or more garlic, but they were still delicious! I had mine on a toasted wheat bun with sliced goat cheese (my latest Trader’ Joe’s find!) and a spicy roasted red pepper mayonnaise. Thanks for sharing! These’ll be in the rotation for sure!]]></description>
