I didn’t even know what it was. Luckily my local Publix grocery store had it. It was easy to cook and this recipe was great. I could see this on an Indian restaurant menu. My hubby just said to me yesterday about my Kohlrabi in the garden “It’s ready, now do something with it!” You see, we’ve never grown it before and when I insisted he plant it, he insisted I would let it go to waste. :-) I was kinda in a panic about it since he said that yesterday, but now here this recipe is today not only saving the day, but also proving him wrong – which is the BEST part!
