		<description><![CDATA[This was so good! Even though I&#039;m not vegetarian, I loved it, but I didn&#039;t have mushroom broth so I used chicken broth (sorry!). I think this is such a great base recipe, I&#039;ve made it several times and change things up every time! 
  For my husband (he likes meat) I made it with strips of thinly sliced beef, cooked in the pan just after the onions are starting to soften. My hubby suggested curry and it was amazing! The next time I made it, I was out of broth, so I used a splash of white wine and heavy cream. Yum!
