		<description><![CDATA[I made this yesterday and hubby said it was the best flavored roast vegetables I have ever made. (I have all sorts of roast veggie combinations, so that is really saying something.)

I roasted the veggies for only one hour and that seemed enough for me as the sweet potatoes were tender and the edges were browning.  I may get braver the next time and see what happens to the veggies after 2 hours at 400 degrees...]]></description>
